Project Connect rallies our region to support and create lasting solutions for those experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness here in Central Oregon. Project Connect is a component of the Central Oregon Regional 10 Year Strategy to End Homelessness.
Project Connect is based on a national model: Project Homeless Connect, which originated in San Francisco in October 2004. Today, Project Connect is emulated in over 400 cities across the United States as well as Canada, Puerto Rico and Australia.
Once a year community volunteers partner with government agencies, non-profit organizations, businesses, schools, and the private sector to provide health, social, and humanitarian services for struggling members of our community.
Project Connect has provided services to over 11,200 Central Oregonians, with the help of over 3,000 volunteers.

Project Connect is a one day event that offers free services to those who are struggling to make ends meet or experiencing homelessness in Central Oregon.
